Rylee Desautel
PROGRAM Officer
Rylee Desautel is a member of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation located in Washington State and currently serves as a Program Officer for NAAF. Prior to her current role, she worked in her Tribe’s accounting department and its fire management program, gaining valuable experience supporting tribal operations and community initiatives.
Rylee graduated from Eastern Washington University as a first-generation college student, earning a Bachelor of Science in Professional Accounting. She later earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Eastern Washington University, further strengthening her passion for advancing opportunities and resources within Indian Country.
Born and raised in Inchelium, WA, on the Colville Indian Reservation, Rylee currently resides in Colville, WA, with her partner and son. Her father is the fourth generation on a family allotment, which fostered her deep appreciation for land preservation and stewardship in Tribal communities.
Outside of work, Rylee enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and embracing her newest and favorite role, being a mom.
