Based in Belcourt, North Dakota the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians plan to use NAAF funding to support the Turtle Mountain Youth Ag Leadership Initiative with strategic planning that will lay the foundation for youth exposure to current Tribal agricultural initiatives and careers, leading up to the development of a Youth Ag Summit.
