The Owens Valley Indian Water Commission (OVIWC) is Tribally charted and consists of three members: Bishop, Big Pine, and Lone Pine Paiute Tribes. OVIWC will provide access to fresh meat and produce, as well as securing support for supplies and equipment to fulfill at least two of their agriculture related projects.
