The Colusa Indian Community (CIC) Youth Ag Council is a transformative program that empowers and educates Tribal youth by providing hands-on training in ag, covering everything from planting techniques to navigating the process of bringing their products to market. The Seed to Market Program will foster a generation of ag leaders rooted in their cultural heritage.
