This New Mexico State University project will service Native farmers and ranchers through financial education (including identifying access to capital avenues), technical assistance through financial analysis, and workshops that focus on freeze-dry manufacturing licensing and regulation compliance, juxtaposed with the freeze-dry manufacturing of produce and meat.
