The Peoples Partner for Community Development (PPCD) is a certified Native CDFI serving Tribal members on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation. NAAF funding will provide access to capital to Northern Cheyenne Farmers and Ranchers on the Northern Cheyenne Reservations. Small agriculture loans will be available to 20 Native American farmers or ranchers.

The charitable trust was created by the settlement of the landmark Keepseagle v. Vilsack class-action lawsuit. NAAF is the largest philanthropic organization devoted solely to serving the Native American farming and ranching community.
