The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI) will assess the economic feasibility for renovating and/or expanding their existing cannery and develop a strategic roadmap for transitioning to infrastructure development for the Tribal cannery to offer increased services for Tribal community members. In addition, the EBCI will design a comprehensive irrigation system for a Tribal plant facility.
