The Stockbridge-Munsee Community will grow its traditional food program by securing traditional seeds, providing educational resources and technical support for growing these crops to community farmers, and creating a seed bank of traditional seeds for the community. The projects will also produce a cookbook.

The charitable trust was created by the settlement of the landmark Keepseagle v. Vilsack class-action lawsuit. NAAF is the largest philanthropic organization devoted solely to serving the Native American farming and ranching community.
