The University of Arizona (UA) is Arizona’s state land grant institution that includes a College of Agriculture and Life Sciences with an extension service. With NAAF funding, the UA will develop a program that will share research-based information and healthy practices in a culturally competent way by using existing FRTEP agents, cooperative extension personnel, and other experts to address practical issues facing Tribal livestock producers.

About Company

The Native American Agriculture Fund (NAAF) provides grants to eligible organizations for business assistance, agricultural education, technical support, and advocacy services to support Native farmers and ranchers.
The charitable trust was created by the settlement of the landmark Keepseagle v. Vilsack class-action lawsuit. NAAF is the largest philanthropic organization devoted solely to serving the Native American farming and ranching community.
