Nebraska Indian Community College (NICC), a Tribal College, is a fully accredited, open admission, community-based institution designed to provide quality higher education and lifelong educational opportunities to the Omaha and Santee Tribes, and all learners. With NAAF funding, they will provide various practical skills trainings in horticulture and greenhouse operations, welding and solar technology.
